Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara! "Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Again")(abbreviated as OUATIMD and previously known as Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Again) is a 2013 Indian crime gangster film directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. A sequel to the 2010 film Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, the film stars Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan in leading roles and Sonali Bendre in a supporting role.
The first trailer of the film was released on 28 May 2013. The film, on the other hand, released on 15 August 2013 to coincide with the national holiday on the eve of Independence Day in India. The release date of the film was pushed back by the producers to avoid clashing with Rohit Shetty's film Chennai Express, which released on 9 August 2013. This is the third collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha as a pair (after 2012 films Rowdy Rathore and Joker), and the first of the kind between Sinha and Imran Khan.
Upon release, however, the film received mixed to negative reviews. It also failed to perform well at the box office, being declared a "flop" by Box Office India.

Critical Response:-
The soundtrack of the film received mainly positive reviews from contemporary critics.
Rumnique Nannar of Bollyspice gave the soundtrack three and a half stars and opined, "the album succeeds in all respects, since it features a remake, a retro song, and two gems, and manages to fit with the film's tone and mood of the 80s".
Movie Talkies also gave the soundtrack three and a half stars and stated, "the soundtrack of OUATIMD is an excellent effort from Pritam and is sure to be lapped up by the audiences in much the same way as its predecessor. It sure might be a short album with just four songs in it but suffice to say, Quality wins over Quantity".
